Visitor survey

For the visitor surveys, we at the Chüechlihus Regional Museum work together with muse, the voice of the visitor!

muse is an EPFL spin-off startup that was developed as an innovative and experience-oriented visitor survey tool to improve the museum experience for the public. Thanks to muse, we at the Chüechlihus Regional Museum can record and evaluate the real-time reactions of our guests in an entertaining and user-friendly way.

The participatory nature of muse allows our guests to actively engage and allows us at the museum to gain valuable insights that help us improve future visitor experiences and design programs with impact. muse is a smart, dynamic approach to creating meaningful interactions and continuous improvements for our visitors.

We would be delighted if you would share your museum experiences with us!
